What a valid takedown notice includes
A physical or electronic signature of the owner or an authorized agent; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; the exact URL of the material you want removed; your name, address, phone and email; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
Where to send a notice
Send notices to our designated agent by email at support@simplyapproved.com with "DMCA Notice" in the subject line, or by mail to Simply Approved Mortgages LLC, 633 W 5th St STE 2800, Los Angeles, CA 90071.
What happens next
We review the notice, and where it is complete we remove or disable access to the material and notify whoever posted it. Incomplete notices are returned with an explanation of what is missing. We do not act on notices that plainly target public government data or lawful fair use without further review.
Counter-notification
If your material was removed in error or as misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.
Repeat infringers
We terminate access for users and contributors who are repeat infringers, and we may remove any content that repeatedly generates valid notices.

HUD, FHFA, CFPB, Census, BLS, FRED and FEMA data reproduced on this site is public information. Our guides, calculators, illustrations, imagery, brand and page design are protected work of Simply Approved Mortgages LLC. Systematic copying, republishing or scraping of that material is not permitted.
Misrepresentation warning
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
